This place is so pleasant! Very modern but right next to nature with a little creek running through a grove of trees. The mornings and evenings were full of frog and bird song. I love the way the yards are kept natural. Really well done community.

KOTI is such a unique and comfortable spot to stay at while in the Traverse area. The cabins are modern and fresh, making it the perfect place for a weekend away. We loved the outdoor feel with tons of natural light, and all the amenities were just what we needed. A great place just outside of downtown Traverse that we will most certainly book again in the future.
