Staying at the KOTI cabin was an experience within itself!
Staying at the KOTI cabin was an experience within itself! We enjoyed how modern it was, as well as the outdoorsy feel (despite being right down the road from stores!) The best part of the stay was the bike path nearby! It was so fun to hop on and see how far we could go. There were so many little details inside the cabin that we still talk about to this day, like the stove and the amazing shower! It is about a 15 min drive to Traverse City, but it is quite scenic. Overall, we had a great time and would stay again!

Staying at KOTI for my brother’s wedding was an incredible experience! It was so much better than your typical hotel stay. We had the entire place to ourselves since all of our families rented it out, which made the weekend even more special. It felt like our own little community! The cabins were beautiful, cozy, and I would honestly live there if I could! I highly recommend KOTI and can’t wait to go back one day

We had an awesome stay at Koti cabins! The cabin was immaculate and cozy and in an excellent location with access to trails and only 10 minutes from Traverse city. 30 min from dunes. It was great we could bring our dog too! Sam/Dan very responsive. We will definitely be back!
