Staying at KOTI cabins has been a 10/10 experience! My husband and I came for a week at the end of May. Cabin was gorgeous and comfortable; Dan the owner was so kind and helpful throughout our stay and we will definitely return! Also a short drive to Traverse City/perfect location! AND connected to the TART trail system! All around an excellent stay!
I absolutely loved it here and hope to return.
I don’t know how I first saw Koti online, but from the instant I saw this nest of small homes, I wanted to stay there. An opportune art class in the area made that possible. I loved my small house, interior and exterior. So much light and space. The setting was peaceful and calm, so I would encourage people to reserve and stay here in the winter, as well as during high travel season. House Six had everything I would’ve ever needed from a full set of kitchen supplies, a huge refrigerator, dishwasher, large prep space, two large bedrooms with plenty of storage, a great little bathroom with a rain shower and textured shower floor (antislip), artwork that was emblematic of this beautiful region of the country, and a plenty-big back deck. The only panic I had was whether or not I would be able to see the Super Bowl because no network tv, but I loaded Paramount+ to see the big game. Whew. :) I absolutely loved it here and hope to return.
