Staying at the KOTI cabins was a great experience, and I would certainly recommend this property to others. The cabins are beautifully built; we loved the heigh ceilings and large windows. Parking was super convenient and was overall a much better fit for us (we brought our dog) than staying in a hotel would have been. The location was a great starting point for taking advantage of all the Traverse City area has to offer. We will be coming back next year!

Great location for a last minute Labor Day weekend getaway!
Great location for a last minute Labor Day weekend getaway! Visited Sleeping Bear Dunes, Traverse, Charlevoix, Mission Peninsula, wineries and breweries. As a cyclist, easy access to TART Trail via the Acme connector allowed me to get some safe beautiful cycles in. For those who love the water- there are so many beaches to enjoy!

I stayed at KOTI in July and had the greatest experience! The homes are beautiful. It's so cool to drive up and see the community of Scandinavian style buildings. The property was lovely. Our cabin had a view of the woods and river. We loved exploring the property and walking along the Tart. Communication with the hosts was easy and they were very helpful. I recommend this place to anyone, and I'll definitely be back!
